Quick answer: At TPE 2025 (Total Product Expo, Las Vegas, January 29–31, 2025), NEXA showed two ideas: the NEXA Ultra InvisaCloud, a limited-edition disposable designed to produce little visible vapor, and transparent “Crystal Tank” pods for its NEXA Flex pod system, including COOL pods with four cooling levels. The InvisaCloud later launched; today VapeOwls stocks the NEXA Ultra II 50K and NEXA Pix 35K.

What NEXA Showed at TPE 2025
The Total Product Expo (TPE) 2025, often hailed as the “Grammys” of the vaping industry, once again proved to be the ultimate stage for groundbreaking innovations and emerging trends in vaping. Held in Las Vegas from January 29 to 31, the event brought together nearly 15,000 attendees from across the globe, eager to witness the future of vaping technology.
Among the standout exhibitors, NEXA stole the spotlight with its revolutionary cloud-free vape technology and transparent pod systems, setting a new industry standard for innovation and user experience.
At TPE 2025, NEXA unveiled NEXA ULTRA InvisaCloud Edition, the first-ever disposable vape to offer a “cloud-free” effect. This next-level technology allows vapor to become invisible upon deep inhalation, providing a discreet experience without sacrificing satisfaction. Unlike conventional vapes where visible clouds are exhaled, NEXA’s InvisaCloud technology ensures vapor disappears instead of lingering in the air—a revolutionary concept that sparked excitement among industry experts and vape enthusiasts alike.
Adding to its impressive showcase, NEXA FLEX introduced its Smart Match Platform, allowing users to seamlessly switch between VISIBLE Pods and COOL Pods. Expanding on NORM (smoother hit) and TURBO (powerful hit) modes, NEXA’s new COOL Pods feature four adjustable cooling levels, giving vapers more control over their experience. Attendees were also highly impressed by the secure magnetic pod connection, which provides stability and reliability superior to competitor designs.
With its futuristic approach, NEXA ULTRA quickly became one of the most talked-about products at TPE 2025, solidifying NEXA’s position as an innovation leader in the vaping industry.
Transparent Pods: NEXA’s Other TPE 2025 Highlight
Beyond its groundbreaking cloud-free technology, NEXA is also making waves with Crystal Tank technology, bringing transparent pods to the forefront of vaping. Unlike traditional opaque pod designs, NEXA’s transparent pods allow users to monitor their e-liquid levels in real time, ensuring they never unexpectedly run dry.
What NEXA Says Its Transparent Pods Offer
- Hygiene: NEXA says the materials are antibacterial and reduce contamination risk.
- Freshness: NEXA says the design protects e-liquid better than cotton-based systems.
- Visual check: you can see the e-liquid level and confirm a pod is sealed and unused.
These are NEXA’s own claims from its TPE 2025 presentation, not independent test results.
What Happened After TPE 2025
The InvisaCloud did reach the market as a limited edition. Hands-on reviews found the low-vapor effect works if you hold the inhale for a few seconds, but the hit is harsher than the standard Ultra. Read our NEXA Ultra InvisaCloud review for details.
At VapeOwls today you can buy the NEXA Ultra II 50K (from $15.75) and the NEXA Pix 35K ($9.99 on sale). Both are standard-vapor devices.
