Transit times
Because vapor products must ship through PACT-Act-compliant carriers with adult-signature delivery, most US addresses receive orders in 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Some states and localities restrict flavored or all vapor products; if your address is in a restricted area, checkout will only allow eligible items. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or freight forwarders.
Eligibility is determined at checkout according to the laws of the destination state and locality. Where a state or city prohibits the sale or shipment of flavored or other vapor products, those items will not be available for delivery to that address.
Adult signature
Every delivery requires a signature from an adult aged 21+ with valid ID. Please ship to an address where an adult will be available; packages returned after three delivery attempts are refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or damaged
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or the package is damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days with your order number and we’ll make it right.
