FAQ – Orders, Shipping, Products & Age Verification

Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day from our Southern California warehouse. Vapor products must travel with PACT-Act-compliant carriers, so most US addresses receive their order in 2–5 business days. You get a tracking link by email when the label is created.

Flat $7.99 anywhere we ship in the US, and free on orders of $75 or more (before tax).

We ship within the United States only. Some states and cities restrict which flavored vapor products may be shipped in; at checkout only items eligible for your shipping address can be purchased.

Yes. Every delivery requires a signature from an adult aged 21+ with valid ID. Ship to an address where an adult will be available; parcels returned after three delivery attempts are refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or enter your order number and email on our Track Order page. Logged-in customers can also see every order under My Account → Orders.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel anything that has not yet been packed; once a label is printed the order has left our hands and it becomes a return.

Wrong item, dead on arrival or damaged in transit: email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video, and we replace or refund — your choice. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus original shipping. Opened or used nicotine products cannot be returned. Full details: Returns & Refunds.

Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it.

Yes. We buy only through authorised distributors, scan-verify every case before it ships and never sell grey-market stock. Where a brand prints a security code (Geek Bar, for example), you can verify it on the brand's own site.

Under 15,000 puffs suits trying a new flavor or carrying a backup; 20,000 is the sweet spot on price per puff; 30,000–50,000 is for daily vapers who want to buy less often. Every product page shows rated puffs and cost per 1,000 puffs so you can compare.

5% (50 mg/mL) is the standard US strength and covers most brands. We also stock 3% (30 mg/mL), 2% (20 mg/mL) and 0% nicotine-free options — use the Shop by → Nicotine menu.

Add any 5 disposables, pods or pouches and 10% comes off automatically in your cart; 7 items = 12%, 10 items = 15%. Mix brands, flavors and strengths freely. It cannot be combined with coupon codes; curated Bundle Deals are priced separately and already at least 8% below buying the items singly.

Yes — every customer is verified at checkout by an independent age-verification service against public records. If the automatic check cannot confirm you are 21 or older, you will be asked for a photo ID before the order is released. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full.

Adults 21+ may purchase vapor products online in the US, subject to federal PACT Act shipping rules and state and local laws. We collect and remit applicable excise taxes and ship only where the law allows.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus eCheck (bank transfer), processed by Authorize.net. PayPal is not available for vapor products.

Card details are entered on Authorize.net's PCI-compliant payment fields and never stored on our servers. The whole site is served over HTTPS.

Yes, based on your shipping address. Some states also levy a vapor excise tax (for example 12.5% in California, 30% in Indiana, 20% in New York), shown as a separate line at checkout.
