How we verify
At checkout, your name, address and date of birth are checked against public records through an independent age-verification service. If the automatic check can’t confirm you are 21 or older, you’ll be asked to upload a government-issued photo ID before the order is released. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded in full.
On delivery
All shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery, as required by the federal PACT Act. Carriers will not leave packages unattended and will not release them to anyone who cannot show valid ID.
