Quick answer (updated October 26, 2026): VapeOwls stocks four 3% (30 mg/mL) options. IceBomb 18K is the cheapest per puff at about $1.00 per 1,000 rated puffs ($0.85 when you mix 10). The IceBomb Pod Kit and SnowPlus Dash 4000 have the most flavors in stock (26 and 27). SnowPlus Dash 4000 is the simplest, and RELX Creator pods are the cheapest refill if you already own the device.
Most big-puff disposables are 5%. If you want 3% instead, here is how the four 3% options at VapeOwls compare on price, puffs, flavors and setup, using the prices on our site today.

Cost per 1,000 puffs is the price divided by the rated puff count on the product page. Rated puffs are a manufacturer figure; real puffs depend on how long each draw is. We only calculate it where a rated puff count is listed.
Best value: IceBomb 18K
At $17.99 for 18,000 rated puffs, IceBomb 18K works out to about $1.00 per 1,000 puffs before any discount. It is rechargeable, and the flavor line is built around ice: expect a cold finish on most flavors. The catch right now is choice: 5 of 16 flavors are in stock.
Refillable option: IceBomb Pod Vape Kit
The IceBomb Pod Vape Kit is a rechargeable device with an adjustable 6–10 W output that takes 2.5 mL ICEBOOM Mini Puff pods. The device is $19.99 and pods are $14.99 per pack of three, so a first order is $34.98 and refills after that are $14.99. With 26 of 27 pod flavors in stock, it has one of the widest 3% menus we carry, including fruit, beverage and tobacco profiles alongside the ice flavors.
Simplest: SnowPlus Dash 4000
SnowPlus Dash 4000 is a no-buttons disposable with 7.5 mL of e-liquid and 4,000 rated puffs. It costs more per puff than IceBomb 18K, but at $13.99 it is the lowest-priced 3% disposable we sell, with 27 of 32 flavors in stock, the most of any 3% option we sell.
Cheapest refill: RELX Creator pods
RELX Creator Refill Pods are $9.99 a pack and need the RELX Creator Pro device ($12.99). If you already own the device, they are the lowest price per purchase on this list. If you do not, budget $22.98 for your first order.
