1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Exclusions

  • Due to the nature of our products, opened or used vape liquids, cartridges, or disposable vape pens cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for return.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at cs@vapeowls.com.
  • We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage before authorizing a return.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Email us at cs@vapeowls.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare the Package:
    Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Shipping:
    Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the return approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not available. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error or if the returned product is not fully resalable.
